Working hours will follow the artist's schedule.

The artist work on artwork based on a queue order, each artwork commission will usually be completed in about 2 weeks.

By making a commission the client is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions.

The client ensures that the artwork to be ordered has a long deadline at least around 2-3 weeks or for needs in the coming month.

The client is required to send references, descriptions and clear requests regarding the artwork concept.

The artist will provide confirmation and cost details to be approved or canceled by the client.

After the initial sketch is done and sent by the artist, the client can monitor and If there is something that needs to be changed the client is given the opportunity to revise up to 3 times (free).

The artwork will be processed for approximately 2 weeks after the sketch is approved and may take longer depending on the details of the artwork concept and queue.

The artist will provide updates 1-2 times per week.

The client can make minor revisions during the coloring process up to 2 times (free).

Payment can be made via stable coins USDT & USDC.

The client pays an upfront fee of 50% of the price and the rest will be paid after the work is completed and approved by the client.

The artist have the right to cancel and stop work if payment is delayed or not received.

The concept is complicated and very complex (ex: many or dense character accessories and objects, complex background, etc).

There are additional characters or objects that are the main focus of the artwork. An additional fee of 20-50% of the price will be charged depending on the level of complexity and size of the additional object.

There are additional revisions after the free revisions have been used and there are major revisions.

Copyright and intellectual property rights over the work are fully owned by the artist.

If the client buys the copyright from the artist, the client automatically gets exclusive rights to the work.

The artist has the right to use the work for portfolios, service promotions and social media content with lower resolution image after the work being published or used by the client.

If the client requests confidentiality regarding the work, the client must make an agreement in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

Full Commercial Use : the client obtains the right to use the artwork for full commercial purposes.

Marketing Purposes : the client obtain the right to use artwork only for marketing purposes.

Personal Use : the client obtains the right to use the artwork only for personal use purposes such as profile photos, profile banners, wallpapers, personal posts (with credit to the artist), and prints for personal collection. The client is prohibited from using the artwork for commercial purposes in any form including marketing purposes.

Client are prohibited from claiming the artwork as their own property unless have purchased the artwork copyright from the artist.

Client are prohibited from reselling the artwork without written permission unless have purchased the artwork copyright from the artist.

Client are prohibited from editing, modifying, or changing the artwork unless have purchased the artwork copyright from the artist.

Client are prohibited from using artwork for input or using artwork for training data on any Artificial Intelligence (AI) models unless have purchased the artwork copyright from the artist.

If cancellation occurs when the artist has not yet started working on the artwork, the funds can be refunded.

If cancellation occurs when the sketch has been approved and the artist has started working on the artwork, the funds cannot be refunded.

The client can also get a full refund if the artist cancels the client's commission for some reason.
